THE IRONCLAD 3-day MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
Initially offered for World of Warcraft Gold orders, the 3-day money back guarantee is being given to assure customers that their order will be fulfilled within 3 days or their payment will be refunded after 3 days of the order being placed no questions asked.
The money back guarantee is subject to the following terms:

Original payment for the order must be done via Paypal or Google Checkout. If you choose Moneybookers as your payment method, store credit will be given.

Any partial deliveries done will be deducted pro-rata from the total payment (e.g. You ordered 1000 gold and only got delivery of 500 gold after 3 days, we will refund half of your payment).

Customer must leave a valid contact number and a schedule for the next 3 days as to the most reasonable times when he/she can be contacted to pickup the order in case his/her order is out of stock at the time of order. This information must be included in the instructions field of the order form, Paypal/Google payment or as a separate email to

THE POWERLEVELING SERVICE ASSURANCE PLAN
Powerleveling and like services for Age of Conan, World of Warcraft and City of Heroes/Villains ordered from Team Level Up comes with a POWERLEVELING SERVICE ASSURANCE PLAN. Just in case your account ever gets banned while in our possession for powerleveling, we will PL a new character to match your order price free of charge! Very few companies can offer you this assurance!
This service plan is subject to the following conditions:

Customer must provide the new account if, for any instance, the account being powerleveled is banned.

If the replacement account does get banned again (very rare instance), customer agrees to have their order refunded (if customer paid via Google Checkout/Paypal) less the amount consumed for powerleveled levels per the last order update. If customer paid via Moneybookers, order can be refunded at the expense of the customer.
